Today, three new prints signed by Lorenzo Chiavini are online. The illustrations are taken from a new graphic novel published by Éditions Soleil in the Quadrants collection, "La Montagne du Tao". Yohan Cœurderoy is the scriptwriter and Lorenzo Chiavini the illustrator. On the story side, we follow a young Frenchwoman who discovers traditional Chinese culture in Shanghai in the 1930s. On the drawing side, inspired by Oriental prints, they invite us to discover the atmospheres of a reinvented past. The characters live out their passions and discoveries in a subdued light, tinged with subtle colors and delicate shadows.
