Tristan Conchon

Tristan Conchon is a French author, illustrator and photographer. He has a passion for still and animated images following the discovery of the animated series Cowboy Bebop directed by Shin'ichirō Watanabe. He decided in high school to take up the profession of draftsman and graduated in 2011 from the Pivaut School of Applied Arts in Nantes in the animated film section. Since then, he has been working in animation for various production companies in Angoulême and Paris (TTK, 2 Minutes, Xilam), while carrying out his personal graphic and photographic projects.

In 2016, he devotes 10 months to the creation of the exhibition cycle SymboleS, presented for the first time in its entirety in Angoulême and published in a limited edition artbook by Le Troisième Homme éditions.

During this period, he also participated in the creation of the Octoplasma boutique workshop, along with seven other artists, whose aim is to offer a new place dedicated to the image and the exhibition on Angoulême.
